As Tanrise City House Pension, we adopt sustainable tourism as the basic principle of our business.
Our aim is to provide an accommodation experience that is environmentally sensitive, compatible with local communities, economically and socially responsible.

In this context, our business;

* Monitors energy and water consumption regularly and sets targets to reduce consumption per guest.
* It uses economical LED lighting in all rooms and common areas.
• There are no tubes, January or individual gas systems in the rooms. There is no generator in the facility.
* Adopts the “Zero Waste” approach to reduce waste generation and increase recycling.
* Supports the regional economy by increasing the supply from local producers.
* Promotes women's employment and equality of opportunity.
* Provides environmental and sustainability awareness trainings to its employees.
* It offers information that encourages its guests to reduce energy, water and waste consumption.

our main sustainability goals that we have set for the year 2025 are:

- To reduce electricity consumption per guest by 10%
- Reduce water consumption per guest by 8%
- Increasing the local supply rate to 60%
- To increase the proportion of female employees
- To continue investments in energy-saving equipment

The realization status of these goals is monitored every year and recorded with performance reports.
